A Honduran Public Notary can attest to the authenticity of signatures that have been placed in his/her presence or had previously known such signatures: They can also certify the authenticity of copies if they are identical to their originals. The Certification given by the Public Notary is place on a Specialized Notary Paper called "Authenticity Page".

IMPORTANT:

 1.- The price listed is per each authentication process. A maximum of FOUR (4) documents regardless of their amount of words or pages can be authenticated in one authenticity page. Example: If you want to authenticate the copy of a contract that has 10 pages, you will only have to add ONE (1) authentication process. 

Copies and signatures can not be authenticated in the same authentication process: In this case you would need two Authenticity Pages, one for Signatures and one for copy of Documents. Example: If you wish to authenticate a copy of a contract and the signature of a Power of Representation you will need to add TWO (2) AUTHENTICATIONS PROCESSES in your shopping card.

2.- BODDEN & BODDEN LAWFIRM must receive all original documents  in order to authenticate a copy. To authenticate a signature, the signer must place it in the presence of our Public Notary.  

4.- The price mentioned for these services does not include shipping. The document will be given physically to the client or to his/her representative at our office unless there has been a different written agreement between our firm and the client.

5.- An extra fee may apply if our law firm has to create the document you intend to sign, exam; a private contract or a power of representation.
